NGM Fit makes easier and more enjoyable monitoring your activities and allows you to always control your physical parameters and set targets.With NGM Fit Band and NGM Fit Watch you can detect data and:- Count your daily steps and heart rate (with different kind of exercises: aerobic, anaerobic, cardio-pulmonary and peak)- Monitor the quality of your sleep during different phases (deep, light and awake), verify the number of hours you slept, sleep start and end time, and control the achieved sleep target rate.- Set your training days and personal targets (in time or repetitions) and verify the percentage of achievement, to gain day by day a more active and healthy lifestyle.- Use a sedentary reminder, which in a set time interval, will remind you every 30 minutes to do activity, with a specific notification.- Schedule your To-do list during the day, setting a specific time and date, and let your app remind you them with a notification, in order to better manage all daily tasks.- Activate a camera remote control, to take pictures directly from your wrist.- Modify personal data, profile icon and goals every time you want and view the number of reached targets, measure of covered distance and average hours of sleep.All data will be synchronized wireless.NGM Fit App is designed to be used with NGM activity detectors only.
